I am very frugle with all my scrapbooking supplies, but with some of the smallest pieces of scraps, I have created some amazing pages.
When using a die cutting machine or paper punches, make sure you always keep the negatives and not just the cut out shape. These negatives can create great embellishments for your scrapbooking page. Like a negative of a heart. You can make it a frame for picture, write a message inside it etc.
Also, the smallest shape punches only need the smallest amount of paper, so make sure you don't through out even the smallest amount of paper. If you sort your papers by size, you can keep all of your tiny scraps together for when needed.
The smallest pieces of left overs also make great confetti, or different colored strips of paper all together make a great border or title underline.
Have fun scrapping with your scraps and save money!
